We are urgently looking a secretary for a cleaning and technical company who has a solid UAE experience.

Responsibilies ;

  • perform clerical and administrative support in order to optimize work flow procedures in the office.
  • manage daily/weekly /monthly schedules.
  • Handle and screen incoming calls.
  • point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be integral part of the company.
  • prepare invoices and quotations
  • prepare salary
  • coordinate with management and employees

We require female cleaner Salary 2000+transportation +visa
