Job Description:

  • Organizing and keeping files and handling projects.
  • Providing details to phone callers, and office visitors.
  • Opening the office before the employees enter and closing of office after all the employees leave.
  • Making and serving tea and coffee or any refreshments to clients.
  • Workstations to be dusted and cleaned everyday.
  • Ensuring that all toilets & bathrooms are cleaned and disinfected daily.
  • Empty bins before they are over filled.
  • Water the plants regularly.
Required Skills :
  • who has experience in the same field to join immediately.
  • Should be Pro active in work.
  • Salary will be discuss after interview.
