Job Description :

Looking for a candidate for a sales oriented job opportunity for architectural fittings and accessories. The primary focus of the job will be to meet architects and consultants and get our products specified for projects. Selling our products to architects and consultants, etc. 6 month probationary period. Need tangible results. Alpha Plus Trading L.L.C. is a supplier of architectural fittings and provides consultancy to our clients as a customer service bonus. We want to give our clients an A+ experience, so that they will never hesitate to come back to us.

Required Skills :

 

• Bachelor's of Architecture
• minimum 1 year experience in Dubai with an architectural firm(s)
• Valid U.A.E. driver's license
• Procedure for Product Specification
• Estidama & LEED Green Buildings, and other green rating systems
• Working knowledge of (if you don't know it is ok, we will train you): 
  
  • Glass Facades - particularly spider/point-fixed glazing,
  
  
  • Frameless balustrades,
  
  
  • Railings and other fittings
  
  
  • Shower Enclosures and fittings,
  
  
  • Aluminium Sliding Door & window accessories,
• Computer Skills:
  
  • Revit
  
  
  • AutoCAD
  
  
  • SketchUp
