TELEPHONE OPERATOR and OFFICE BOY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Telephone Operator Responsibility:

  • Answers incoming calls.
  • Directs call to guest rooms, staff, or departments through the switchboard or PBX system.
  • Places outgoing calls.Receives guest messages and deliver the same to the guest.
  • 4. Logs all wake-up call requests and performs wake-up call services.

Office Boy Responsibility:

  • The basic duties of office boys is that they help in performing administrative duties, serving beverages to staffs and visitors, handling various papers and electronic files, and greeting visitors too
